1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the BeatsVibe Technologies educational platform, executing code in our environment, or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by BeatsVibe Technologies.
You are granted a limited license to access the educational materials for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, or license our course videos, notes, or NeuroNova AI logic architectures.
3. User Representations and Account Security
By using the platform, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete. You are strictly responsible for keeping your password confidential. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Our systems monitor concurrent IP logins, and unauthorized sharing will result in permanent node termination without refund.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the NeuroNova AI system or any server architecture.
- Using automated scripts, spiders, or scrapers to download course materials or videos.
- Using our platform to distribute malware, trojans, or execute unauthorized cryptocurrency mining operations.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. BeatsVibe Technologies and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Maharashtra, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
