If you enroll in any self-paced certification course (e.g., MERN Architecture, AI & Machine Learning) and find that the curriculum does not meet your expectations, you are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.
2. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
To prevent abuse of our intellectual property, the 7-day refund guarantee is voided under the following conditions:
- You have consumed or streamed more than 25% of the video course modules.
- You have downloaded the proprietary PDF study materials or source code files from the platform.
- The purchase is for a Live Internship Cohort (due to limited seat capacity, internship bookings are non-refundable).
3. Cancellation Process
To request a refund, you must send an email to support@beatsvibe.com from your registered email ID with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]". Our administrative team will verify your consumption metrics within 48 hours.
4. Payment Gateway and Processing Times
All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Once a refund is approved by our administration, it will be processed immediately. However, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI) depending on your bank's processing times.
